メール受信後にサーバー上のメールを削除する設定
メールソフトでの受信後もメールがサーバーに残り続けると、メールボックスの容量がいっぱいになり、新しいメールを受信できなくなることがあります。
POP で受信している場合は、「受信後にサーバーから削除する」か「〇日後にサーバーから削除する」設定をおすすめします。
※ パソコンとスマートフォンなど複数の端末で同じメールを受信している場合は、「〇日後に削除」（例：14日）を選んでください。

如果邮件软件收信后邮件仍一直保留在服务器上，邮箱容量可能会满，导致无法接收新邮件。
使用 POP 收信的用户，建议设置为”收信后从服务器删除”或”X 天后从服务器删除”。

How to delete emails from the server after downloading
If emails stay on the server after your email app downloads them, your mailbox may fill up and stop receiving new mail.
If you use POP, we recommend setting your email app to remove messages from the server after downloading them, or after a set number of days.
※ If you check the same mailbox on several devices (for example, a PC and a smartphone), choose “Remove after X days” (for example, 14 days).
